Swing check valve А43 has bolted construction.
Body, bonnet and the main details are made of forgings and rolled steel.
The seats of body and disc are welded on with wear-resistant material.
The disc material corresponds to the steel of the body.
The connection is with butt welding type "BW" according to DIN, GOST, ČSN.
The control of the welded joints is by ultrasonic or X-ray analysis.
The operation of swing check valve A43 is automatic.
The tests of the swing check valve are carried out in accordance with the standards for valves intended for nuclear power plants or according to the working conditions and customer requirements.
The swing check valves A43 can be installed in any position, and the installation must be considered with the marking (arrow) showing the direction of the flow (working medium).
