Application
- Working medium: radioactive water, water steams and all other working media in the hermetic and non-hermetic zones of nuclear power plants.
- Application: nuclear and chemical industry.
- Seismic Resistance: I-st class, according to IEC 980, IEEE 382, EN 60068-2-6;
- Class of safety: 2-nd , according to NP-068-05, NP-001-15.
Technical description
- The bellows valves A10.0 are designed with a monolithic body, inside which the bellows unit with the closing disk and the stem are located.
- The body is produced of forging of corrosion resistant steel grade W№1.4541 / X6CrNiTi18-10.
- The closing disk together with the bellows unit are made of stainless steel.
- The stem is made of special high-temperature and acid-resistant steel.
- The connection is with butt welding type "BW" according to DIN, GOST, ČSN.
- The control of the welded joints is by X-ray (ultrasonic) analysis
- The operation of the bellows globe valve is performed by a handwheel.
- The tests of the bellows globe valves A10.0 are carried out in accordance with the standards for valves intended for nuclear power plants or according to the working conditions and customer requirements.
- The bellows globe valves A10.0 can be installed in any position, but the installation must comply with the marking (arrow) indicating the direction of the fluid (working medium).
- The stem nut has a bearing guaranteeing long-term cycle of operation without maintenance and repair.
- Unified design for sizes from DN8-15 providing the possibility of less costs for spare parts.
