Cast swing check valve L10
Cast swing check valves L10, bolted bonnet, sizes from DN50 to DN300, pressure up to PN100, working temperature up to 530°C, according to the requirements of European Directive 2014/68/EU for pressure equipment.
Application
- Working medium: water, water steam (overheated steam) and other non-aggressive liquids and gasses.
- Application: classical and nuclear energy; chemical industry.
- Seismic Resistance: I-st class, according to IEC 980, IEEE 382, EN 60068-2-6.
Technical description
- Swing check valve L10 has a bolted construction.
- The body and the bonnet are made of castings.
- The seats of body and disc are hardfaced with stainless or wear-resistant material.
- The material of the disc corresponds to the steel of the body.
- The connection of the gate valves is according to EN, DIN, ANSI (ASME), GOST implemented by:
- flanged;
- with butt welding type „BW”; - The operation of swing check valve L10 is automatic.
- The tests of the swing check valves are carried out in accordance with EN12266-1,2 or according to the working conditions and customer’s requirements
- The swing check valves L10 can be installed in any position, and the installation must be considered with the marking (arrow) showing the direction of the flow (working medium).
- The swing check valves L10 are full-bore valves, ensuring the free flow of the fluid flow
- The swing check valves L10 have a simplified construction.
